Washington D.C. -- This week is the 38th anniversary of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, but women, especially women of color, still face unacceptable obstacles and discrimination in the work place. According to a new analysis by National Partnership for Women & Families, women in every industry report pregnancy discrimination and women report pregnancy discrimination across races and ethnicities, but black women are most affected.
